Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) has provided housing and services to low-income residents since 1981. TNDC operates multiple food pantries serving 4,100 low-income people in the Tenderloin and throughout San Francisco. The organization manages 44 buildings totaling 2.9 million square feet with 52% featuring rooftop solar. The organization is committed to sustainability with a goal to cut environmental footprint in half by 2031.
