Blessings in a Backpack at Knox College
Blessings in a Backpack provides food for elementary school students in Galesburg who don't always have enough to eat. College and community volunteers provide students with backpacks of food to take home on weekends. Serves approximately 425 students per week across all five of Galesburg's public elementary schools. Started in 2010 by Knox College students.
