Western Idaho Community Action Program (WICAP) established in 1965. Provides emergency food boxes with three-day supply of varied foods. Serves Adams, Boise, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley and Washington counties. Eligibility based on immediate need. Free services.
