Spotsylvania Emergency Concerns Association (SECA) provides emergency food assistance every 3 months in coordination with the Salvation Army Fredericksburg Service Center. Coordinates with Fredericksburg Area Food Bank, USDA, Spotsylvania County, churches, schools, and community organizations.

USDA Food Pantry & Financial Assistance- Cutoff Notice for utilities: eviction notice for rent & may do prescriptions. May also require DSS referral. Must have Photo ID with current address and complete an application.
