One Community Health and Wellness Resource Center operates a prescription food pantry focused on health equity. Provides nutrition counseling and healthy foods targeting individuals with Type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, and hypertension. Foods supplied by Bread of the Mighty Food Bank and Feeding Northeast Florida.
