Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia BackPack Program provides kids with nutritious food on weekends and breaks. Founded in 1981, the Foodbank works to eliminate hunger across Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. Serves Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Franklin, Virginia Beach, and surrounding counties.
