CCPL Free and Fresh Community Fridge program. The fridges are located at St. Paul's Hollywood Library (5130 HWY 165 Hollywood, SC), Otranto Road Library (2261 Otranto Road, North Charleston, SC), and John L. Dart Library (1067 King St., Charleston, SC). Food items in the fridges are free and accessible to the public during library operating hours. Only fresh whole fruits and vegetables are allowed in the fridges. No alcohol, packaged meals, raw meat, partial produce, or expired products are allowed. The fridges remain stocked thanks to community partners and donations, including support from Katie's Krops, Fields to Families, The Stone Soup Collective, the Charleston Parks Conservancy, GrowFood Carolina, and Magnolia Plantation and Gardens.
